We continue to work with the Tholstrup group on the renovation of their restaurant, Peder Oxe. Our latest refurbishment offers a refreshed look using calm colours, muted textiles and patterns with a nod to the heritage. With soft, warm curtains accentuating the ceiling height, this paved way for a refreshed entry to the restaurant. We worked to carry the experience of the restaurant through to each of the historic rooms.
